*A note about our location:  Our gym space is located in bay 3 of SPORTROCK Climbing Gym.  When you show up for an appointment please meet your trainer in bay1 (main entrance) so that you can go through the COVID-19 entrance protocol.  Our massage therapy space is located with in bay 4 of SPORTROCK Climbing Gym.  Text the number below if you are lost or unsure when you arrive.
